How My Short Sale Seminars Work

I like to meet with all the agents that are going to be a part of the short sale process in their office or where we are holding the seminar. depending on the number of agents participating.  I show them what they can expect in a step by step method of the entire process from listing to closing.  I show agents the best way to market a short sale to get the most activity on the property as well as what to do with the offers when they get them.  I have a proven method of handling short sales and I will share that with your agents so that they will be able to work the short sales the most efficient way.  We will have time for questions.  I have forms that I actually use to keep people in the deal so that we have a better chance of getting short sale approval.

Buyer Short Sale Seminar

This seminar is for those clients that are looking to buy a short sale listing.  I show the entire process and the time lines that they will have to meet and why the process takes the time that it takes.  I will also share with the clients what they can do to help speed the process and what they need to know to make the short sale work for them.  At the end of the seminar, we will have time for questions.

Seller Short Sale Seminar
2:00 PM

People who attend this seminar are either currently behind on their mortgage or soon will be and they are looking for options.  I spend about an hour going over a presentation on what the seller can expect in the entire process.  What they can do to help as well how it will effect them in the future, their credit, when they can buy again, how long the process will take and can they stay in the home and what will they be expected to pay, if anything.  The difference in a Short Sale and a Foreclosure.  What are the other Options that the seller might have.  We spend a lot of time with questions and we have time to go over why the sellers should use the sponsoring real estate company and that the agents have been trained in the short sale process. 
Time for this seminar 2-4 Hours depending on questions and the one on one time I spend with Sellers after the event
